Max Leaman and his team refinanced our home mortagage.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and friendliness of the Prime Lending Team with Max Leaman.
We initially started with a different mortgage company and after a excuse after excuse of why the refinance of our mortagage contined to be postponed we finally told the company to close our file. That company took up an entire year of our lives…very aggravating.
Finally, after reading about Max Leaman at Prime Lending and his team we decided to contact them after canceling our loan with the other company. I was first caught off guard with how nice, friendly and understanding they were of our situation and they were really surprised and couldn’t understand why the other company could not close the loan.
Even before seeing our actual numbers and credit reports they told us that we would be closing on Nov 1 (30 days after initial contact). I was impressed but skeptical due to our most recent experience. During the process they were very easy to get ahold of, answered all of our questions promptly and did everything they said they would do on time.
To our pleasant surprise, we closed on Nov 1, the day that they quoted us during our first conversation. We were so excited we couldn’t believe it!!
I highly recommend without reservation Max Leaman and his team from Prime Lending for any mortgage/refinance services that you may need now or in the future.

I refinanced my residence a few years ago. I used a major bank as my lender, primarily because they were the servicing agent for my mortgage at the time. My experience was so bad that I was reluctant to take advantage of today’s low interest rates. I vowed, “Never Again!”. Eventually, I decided I must take advantage of the interest market in spite of my fears of an unpleasant experience.

This time I selected Max Lehman – Prime Lending. I cannot say enough about what a smooth and professional experience the mortgage process was with them. I would rate my experience with Lehman as outstanding. I worked directly with Jori Stern, Loan Officer, and Janey Allcorn, Loan Processor. Both were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and dependable. Lehman furnished a competitive rate, reasonable closing fees, and great service. What a contrast to my prior big bank experience.

Great team. They had the best rate I could find after shopping around with many brokers.

This being our first home buying experience, we wanted to shop around lenders to see what was available. Max and his team were very responsive and helpful throughout the process, as well as open to reviewing the other offers we received throughout the process. Max was always quick to respond and thoroughly explain the various line item costs and differences between all the quotes we received. At the end of the day, Max’s offer couldn’t be beat and his professional and timely service were also major plusses. Max was also helpful during the closing to further explain all the nuances that come with purchasing a home. I would definitely recommend him and his team.

I’m looking into a refinance/home equity loan, and I called Max Leaman because of all the good reviews.

Despite determining right off the bat that he probably wasn’t the best guy to help me, and giving me a recommendation for someone to talk to, Max stayed on the phone with me and patiently explained the ins and outs of Texas loan statutes, what to expect from different institutions, etc. He even called me back when the connection died. All this for someone who’s not even a customer. That earns 5 stars in my book.

The best! Max has great prices and great service.

The experience was absolutely flawless! I am so appreciative of the hard work Max and his team did on their end to make my experience stress free. And our local real estate agent referred Max Leaman and his team to us for handling the financing. We were really fortunate to have them on our side throughout the entire process, from pre-approval letter to closing. Max is highly professional and always answered our questions quickly and clearly and made everything stress free for us. He even made sure to keep checking loan interest rates until the very last minute and we ended up getting a slightly lower rate than he originally quoted. And, even though we are in another state and signed the closing documents through a notary, Max and his team made sure that the closing went smoothly (and everybody got what they wished for :)). Yes! 5 full stars :) and we’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property in Austin!

Three years ago, my wife and I purchased a condo and became frustrated with the bank servicing our FHA mortgage loan. The bank told us the PMI would go away after having 20% equity in our condo. When we reached the 20% magic number instead of wiping out the PMI, the bank almost doubled the amount per month! After we complained we were told nothing could be done because FHA changed the rules! Can anyone believe such nonsense? That’s when we decided to refinance with another institution.

After searching and receiving what appeared to be two good refi offers with low interest rates, our due diligence paid off. These two offers turned out to be questionable and bogus at best.

Then we found the Leaman Team! Jori and Limari, two truly outstanding members of Leaman took us on a refreshing and rewarding journey that led to one of the most thorough, courteous and prompt refinancing results in about 30 days! Never in our wildest dreams did we expect such service! We are 1,000% Satisfied beyond our wildest dreams! Closing was so smooth; and at the end of the day, we saved the monthly PMI charge plus our mortgage payments are much lower now!
