The process was super smooth and so efficient. Amanda was easy to contact and fast to respond. She answered all my questions fully and I felt so at ease (even as a first time home owner!!). All emails are super clear on what is needed of you and by when.
Most business nowadays has become more about volume than relationships.

Max Leaman and his associates are the exception. As a first time homebuyer I could have easily become overwhelmed by the whole buying process, but with Max in my corner I felt confident and relaxed. I have a very busy schedule during the week, however Max’s efficiency made this a non issue. He was always punctual, friendly and professional. There are few businesses left that treat their clients with the honesty and compassion that Max and his entire staff do. And like the other reviewers before me said, he’s just a really good guy.
I first worked with Max more than a year ago as a first-time homebuyer, and recently I refinanced my loan, again with Max.

Both times I scoured the field for other options, and I found no-one better than Max. The process was very professional and straight forward; all estimates were in writing; there were no surprise fees or changes. (Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about several other organizations I looked into.) My hubs and I bought a downtown condo in Austin, and we thought it would be a nightmare, since we were new to the state and it was our very first home purchase. But Max helped make it a pleasant, easy, stress-free experience.
We closed our deal in just under four weeks. Everything went according to plan when he said it would, as he said it would. No hidden fees or “gotchas” throughout the process. He was available right away (called us back the same day of our initial inquiry) and prompt to respond to all questions in the weeks that followed. In this market we heard nothing but problems about getting loans, but our experience was the opposite. Seriously, if you’re nervous about buying a home or have had a bad experience with a loan officer (or even if you haven’t!), give Max a try. He’ll help you buy your digs fast and without a hitch!

I ultimately chose them after receiving three quotes (including theirs) at the beginning of my mortgage process. His fees were the most competitive. So, choosing was easy.
Max was exceptionally responsive, professional, warm, and prompt in every interaction from the beginning through the closing of my loan. We purchased a spec house which suffered from prolonged delays. This resulted in a very complex closing where our interest rate was locked over 60 days prior to close. Max and his team worked tirelessly with us to find solutions that would allow us to keep a great rate while minimizing any rate lock extension costs.Further, the appraiser had to be sent out numerous times and miscommunications between the builder required smoothing over on more than one occasion. Thus, I am confident that he and his team members spent much more time and energy on this loan than 95% of those they encounter in a given year. They rose to every challenge and invariably treated us with the utmost integrity, care, and flexibility.
In sum, I would recommend Max to anyone looking for a mortgage. I would trust him with my family and closest friends. Work with him and I promise you will be glad you did.

Max has already handled three different financing processes for me to buy ,refinance and invest.
Prime Lending handles the whole process, starting with my call where I explain what my needs are, they then take on and manage the full process till closing, taking care of asset appraisal, inspections, title works and whatever else takes to complete the process in a professional manner.

Working for a foreign company I’m an out-of-the-box case since my paperwork is not the standard one that may be required for any other US citizen working for a US firm. Here is where Max and his team have made the greatest difference by showing a great deal of capabilities to run a custom process within record time and being able to get underwriter acceptance at the first attempt.

He explained the lending process, helped with paperwork questions and even clued me in on buying/renting out property in the future.
Once my husband and I found the perfect house, he was on it immediately: responding to emails and phone calls after regular businesses hours and keeping me up-to-date with everything (and it’s A LOT)! He even made sure to keep checking loan interest rates to make sure I got the best rate up until the very last minute!
He has so many great reviews and it’s because he is down-to-earth and just plain awesome. You definitely need to go talk to him!
