This morning we saw housing starts and building permit numbers, with starts up 10% and permits up 2%. Later today we have the FOMC statement – although we don’t expect any rate turbulence, we ask that Austin mortgage borrowers keep their seatbelt on.
Austin mortgage rates were better this morning and the 10 year is up 10/32s for the day. FOMC statement will be released at 1:15PM Central, and we will follow up with more news afterward.
