A friend recommended I first check out the Leaman Team, and I’m glad I took that recommendation. They were responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Jori was my loan officer and Janey was my loan processor. Both were fantastic to work with. Highly recommended!

Max was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and best of all – got us a killer rate that couldn’t be beat! Additionally, his processor Janey was a pleasure to work with and got our loan approved so fast we were able to close several days ahead of our requested schedule. Max will be the first person we call when we need another mortgage in the future.
I cannot recommend Max enough – he is the type that gives others in his profession a good name.

Max walked me through the very confusing and detailed process of acquiring financing for a new home. He was extremely knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain things to me and made sure I was comfortable with every step in the process. He is the best kind of professional – he’s excellent at what he does, but more than that, he’s also excellent at communicating things to his clients. You should work with him if you have the opportunity.

It was challenging to find someone whol could do all 10. I ended up refinancing two with cash outs with a lender I had used many times in the past but who is not that nice to me. Then I found the Leaman team AND Jori. I have had a lot of experience in this area and this company is top notch. Even my title company said that the Austin Group, meaning the Max Leaman team, “had it all together.” Even though I was in Fort Worth, as are my properties, they worked with my favorite title company and got the job done.
This is what I like about Jori:
She did what she said she would do.
She returned calls very promptly, sometimes within minutes.
She was super nice, even when she found out I was refiancing two of my properties somewhere else.
Even when I needed to switch programs, she was still cool about it, and worked with me to make the best for me.
I know they are swamped, but when it was my turn, it was my turn, and I know that my file was a lot more complicated and time consuming than most yet she was very attendant to my issues and needs.
Billiie Ann, a co worker with Jori, was also especially prompt and courteous.
I felt like this company, through what I experienced through Jori and any other employee form the Leaman tam, was respectable, respectful, kind and courteous — and got the job done.
I have had much experience with mortgage companies in the last 15 years and Jori, Billie Ann with the Leman team are the best — by far.
I am now in the market to buy another home, for me to live in, and have already contacted Jori to assist in this purchase.

Closed on time & overall it was a great experience. Max is a funny guy and was nice to work with on this investment purchase. I found him online through an article he had about investment property lending and he was much more informed on the process of investor lending for SFR than any of the other 4 or 5 folks I’d spoken to prior to him! We’ll be using him soon to close on many more investment homes!

The process went very smooth, team were very professional, and helped us have everything ready for home loan processing well ahead of time. Always responded immediately to all our questions, took great care during closing, patiently explained various costs. team came through with the loan package in time, and we received amazing customer service. My husband and I will not hesitate to use Max again for our next transaction.
Max was amazing. We were having issues with another mortgage lender that was going to effect my ability to purchase the home.

Max came in literally 1-2 days before the deadline and smoothed everything out and the seller chose our offer because they spoke to Max via phone and had great confidence after doing so. It was tremendous. I am writing this review in my new home thanks to Max. 5 stars. The whole process was smooth and he was very available throughout, he gained my trust. Definitely purchasing a home is stressful, this was my first venture, it is good to have someone level-headed, trustworthy, and experienced like Max on your side!

I recently bought my first house and was so pleasantly surprised. There was also a lot of changing of my close date due to construction issues and Max worked so well for me! They could not have possibly done a better job.
