We located Prime Lending to assist us in securing a mortgage on a rental property we purchased in Texas. Since we do not live in Texas they helped us navigate the borrowing process. This was our first purchase of a rental property and given we are out of state the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Prime Lending.

From getting the best rate to obtaining pre-approval to helping with the compilation of documents and information and answering to the various points of confusion I had about the process, the Leaman Team was great every stop of the way. And although I personally worked with Max, I had opportunity to communicate with many members of his team, all of which were responsive, knowledgeable, and above all, immensely helpful. You can’t go wrong working with these folks.

It hasn’t been but a couple of hours since we closed on a loan with Max Leaman Austin Mortgage (aka Prime Lending). This is the 5th closing I’ve attended in my lifetime and never has the experience with the mortgage company been more FLAWLESS and PLEASANT.
RATES WERE GREAT! We got the float down rate, too.
I loved working with Janey Allcorn from this office, too. Her emails gave me belly laughs.
I also don’t know when any of these people sleep. They are available at all hours, every day.
Max Leaman is the BEST there is in the mortgage business.

They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable at all times. We got a great rate on our refinance this go around but used The Leaman Team for our initial mortgage in 2017 and had a great experience with them back then as well. I can’t recommend them enough!
