Amazing Experience!

Working with Max Leaman and his assocaites was a wonderfully painless experience. If everyone could work with him then everyone would be able to buy a home. I was referred to Max buy the seller of our condo, which can be a bit off putting however I was pleasently surprised at how much Max truely cared about me and my best interest. He answered every question that I had and made me feel comfortable with the loan process. As a first time home buyer I was clueless as to what I was doing but Max was able to put me at ease and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Max went above and beyond my expectations and I truely appreciate all of his help. Even my realtor was impressed with Max and his assocaites and mentioned that she was hoping to be able to partner with them again.

Our financial advisor suggested that we refinance our home.

We proceeded with his recommended mortgage lender, and the entire experience was terrible. Frustrated, I took matters into my own hands, found Max Leaman – Prime Lending. Jori Stern handled the entire process, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The professionalism of this group can’t be beat! Every detail was handled carefully and swiftly. I strongly recommend this group and would use them again. I know my son will contact them when he purchases his first home.

They got our FHA loan done in just over two weeks. This is after four other lenders indicated that there was “no way we could do that loan.” The Leaman team understands how to properly work with people who are divorced who pay alimony which affects your debt-to-income ratio. You should call and ask for Misty Lynch. Misty knows how to get things done and will respond to you and understands technology.

Mortgage Refinance

Mortgage Refinance has become very complex and time consuming. The Leaman team went above and beyond to explain all aspects and necessary steps to complete my refinance. They were also very patient with my lack of understanding of all the rules and regualations required in the mortgage industry today. They gave me a list of everything they would need. Once I provided all the required information and documentation, they kept me informed of where we where in the process until completion.

We just closed on our first home ten days ago and the Leaman Team went above and beyond to make the process smooth, efficient, and dare I say it kind of fun. The loan officer we worked with was Jori. We looked at homes for 2.5 months, made offers on 4 homes, came under contract for 3, and eventually purchased 1. No matter what we needed, Jori was prompt, patient, kind, and swift in replying to my dumb questions and processing all the necessary paperwork. We turned in our last documents about a week before closing, which meant no rushing around and no last minute screw-ups the night before closing. Within 2 hours of closing, our loan was funded and we were going back to the title company for our house keys. These people know what they’re doing.

I am very thankful for Jori and her team’s professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end.

We contacted her back in October and just just closed on our brand new home last Friday. From the very beginning we figured loan approval would be a long shot considering we’re self-employed. With guidance we accomplished more than we thought possible. We hit a few road bumps the last couple weeks where I was literally ready to go in postal mode but never got discouraged or lost hope. To say we were extremely excited at the closing would be an understatement. I can assure you that if it is possible The Lehman Team will find a way. We will not hesitate to refer everyone and anyone we know to this group. Ps….they will forever be on my Christmas card list!

This was my first home buying experience and Max happily walked me through each step. He’s very smart, experienced, organized, and thorough and he is just straight up good at what he does. He’s an all around fun and awesome guy too. Bonus!

Everything happened very quickly. Quick response times. Quick approval. And quick closing date (closed almost two weeks early).

I fully endorse Max and his team. I will go to him for any and every other house in my future. If you don’t make this your first stop after reading this, you’ll be wasting time and/or making a mistake.
