In order to expedite the paperwork process, start gathering the following items:
Salaried or Hourly Borrower:

30 days paystubs
2.
W2’s for the most recent 2 years
3.
Most recent 2 months bank and/or brokerage statements (all pages)
4.
Most recent retirement statement
5.
Photo ID
Self-Employed Borrower:
1.
Most recent 2 years personal and business (if applicable) tax returns (all pages)
2.
Include any 1099 forms (if applicable)
2.
Most recent 2 months bank and/or brokerage statements (all pages)
3.
Most recent retirement statement
4.
Photo ID
